Andrew Mazza

BIOGRAPHY: Before the Lions: was a boy genius. Wrote 13 piano concertos, 17 string quartets and composed 7 symphonies, before the age of 3. After watching him perform at Carnegie Hall at age 5, Leonard Bernstein was overheard saying, “that’s one brilliant fucking kid.”

Yuki Aihara

BIOGRAPHY: Before the Lions: Left a lucrative career in salsa dancing to pursue the culinary arts in Tokyo. Although his focus was on French cuisine, Aihara recently opened a Danish restaurant in Amsterdam that exclusively serves fish. It has received mixed reviews.
